Strength Training

Today’s workout included the exercises from the picture above plus the following:
- Side Step Plank – 20 sec
- Side Knee Plank (right) – 20 sec
- Side Knee Plank (left) – 20 sec
- Push-ups – 5
- Glute Bridge (bench) – 2×10
- Tricep Dips (bench) – 2×20
Running Workout
Today’s running workout was a 1 mile warmup followed by a 40 min zone 2 (aerobic endurance) run. Unfortunately I ran out of daylight and was only have to complete 13mins of the 40min workout.
