I modified the strength training workouts slightly. I am doing the same exercises, but changed the rep/sets. I also modified the training calendar to set strength days to coincide with my work days. I do these exercises at work.
Incline Pushups – 10 reps x 4 sets
Box Step Ups with Knee Raise – 45 sec reps x 4 sets
Bulgarian Split Squats – 15 reps x 4 sets
