Daily Update – July 26

Strength Training

Today’s workout included the exercises from the picture above plus the following:

  • Side Step Plank – 20 sec
  • Side Knee Plank (right) – 20 sec
  • Side Knee Plank (left) – 20 sec
  • Push-ups – 5
  • Glute Bridge (bench) – 2×10
  • Tricep Dips (bench) – 2×20

Running Workout

Today’s running workout was a 1 mile warmup followed by a 40 min zone 2 (aerobic endurance) run. Unfortunately I ran out of daylight and was only have to complete 13mins of the 40min workout.
