Daily Update – Aug 1/2
I have added a calendar of my training workouts and races that I plan on running.
On Thursday 8/1, there was no scheduled running workout. I continued with the glute workout video for my strength training. No pain in my elbow, but still not working it beyond the side plank from the workout video.
On Friday 8/2, I had something come up and did not get either a run or strength workout done.
