Daily Update – Aug 7, 2024

Again no run, though the damn weather tricked me into thinking I would be able to go for a run. Afternoon clouds started rolling in and it started to cool down, but it didn’t get cool enough and the clouds moved through in less than an hour 🙁

Strength Training

  • Incline Pushups (30°) – 15 reps x 3 sets
  • Box Step Ups with Knee Raise – 15 reps x 4 sets
  • Bulgarian Split Squats – 15 reps x 2 sets each leg
