Crunchy Peanut Butter/Chocolate Yogurt

So here is the situation. I needed to pick up 400ish calories, but I was at my macro limit for Fat. Trying to figure out how I was going to do this, it dawned on me that I had some Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla yogurt in the fridge. I could have just gone with that, but I need something in/with yogurt. So I came up with this idea. I’m sure others have something similar on the internet, but I’m calling this one an original.

Ingredients

  • 250g – Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt (yes you can use any yogurt you like. Macros will change)
  • 1 scoop – Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder – Double Rich Chocolate
  • 30g – Kind Peanut Butter Clusters Granola

Recipe

Put all the ingredients in a bowl then consume

Macros

  • Calories: 387
  • Fat: 5g
  • Net Carbs: 29g
  • Protein: 54g

Substitutions

If I had something else with carbs, like fruit available I would have used that instead of the granola. I don’t like that the granola has 5g of added sugar.

If I had fruit then I would have gone with Vanilla protein powder and whatever fruit I had available.

The subs are endless though. You can do whatevs you like that fits with your macro plan.
