Still no run workout due to heat/lack of cool window. I have implemented the new strength training workout, tracked by my Coros Pace 3 sports watch. Here is the results:
Strength Workout is still the squats/glute bridges/side planks. The elbow, which was feeling good, is back to hurting. It is perhaps a combination of the heat, movement and perhaps the way I hold my right arm when I sleep that is causing the tendonitis. I don’t know for sure, but I am taking it easy….

Strength Training Today’s workout included the exercises from the picture above plus the following: Running Workout Today’s running workout was a 1 mile warmup followed by a 40 min zone 2 (aerobic endurance) run. Unfortunately I ran out of daylight and was only have to complete 13mins of the 40min workout.
